About ALP I-REIT
ALP Real Estate Investment Trust is a US dollar income REIT that owns grade A warehouses in Kenya. It is sponsored by Africa Logistics Properties, which has developed industrial parks at Tatu City and Tilisi near Limuru since 2016. The CMA approved the REIT in December 2025, units were offered at one US dollar each and trading on the NSE began on 11 March 2026, making it East Africa's first industrial REIT.
