About I&M Group
I&M Group is a Nairobi financial services holding company whose flagship, I&M Bank, was founded in 1974 as Investments and Mortgages Ltd and became a commercial bank in 1996. It owns banks in Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Uganda and half of Bank One Mauritius. The group joined the NSE in June 2013 through a reverse takeover of City Trust Ltd, one of the exchange's oldest listed companies.
