Three income REITs are listed: the ALP I-REIT, the Laptrust Imara I-REIT and the dollar-denominated TRIFIC Green USD I-REIT. A REIT owns rental property (offices, warehouses, housing) and passes most of the rent to unit holders as distributions, so the units behave more like a bond backed by buildings than like a company share. Trading is thin and some units are restricted to professional investors, which is why several show no current price here. Distributions, occupancy rates and property valuations, published in the trusts' reports, are the figures that matter.
