Laptrust Imara Income-REIT is a real estate investment trust sponsored by LAPTRUST, the Local Authorities Pension Trust founded in 1929 and administered by CPF Group in Nairobi. It holds income-earning commercial and residential properties transferred from the pension scheme. It was listed on the NSE on 22 March 2023 at KES 20 per unit as a restricted I-REIT open only to professional investors.
